Shipping & Returns
All items must be paid for in full at time of purchase. All orders are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, unless otherwise decided mutually by Otherworld Treasures and the customer.
Our Hours are Tues - Saturday 11am-6pm EST. Telephone orders may be made at 1 613 262-4626, Tuesday through Saturday. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will promptly return your call.
All orders generally ship within five (5) business days, unless otherwise noted in the product listing. Custom items will be shipped within two-three (2-3) weeks after purchase date. All items are shipped via Canada Post. Otherworld Treasures & Staff are not responsible for any lost or damaged orders. All domestic shipments are made via Canada Post and may be tracked with a location once shipped. Your tracking number will be sent to you directly once your item is shipped.
We may revise and discontinue products at any time. We reserve the right to limit order quantity at any time without notice. Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order with Company, you agree that you are buying Company’s products for your own use, only, and not for resale.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and refunds and exchanges will be up to Otherworld Treasure's discretion. Should you receive a damaged item, we apologize for any inconvenience . Since we offer one of a kind items, if your product is damaged, we will strive to replace your item with a similar item. However, if no acceptable exchange is available, we will be glad to issue you a store gift card or potential refund upon request.
We request a picture of the damaged item be sent along with your request for a refund or exchange (again, this is at Otherworld Treasures discretion) . Please contact us via email@example.com for this.
