In this specific session, we will work through, shift and transform beliefs that create, support, and sustain internalized patriarchal programming. There will be a guided Theta  Healing experience to helps us discover where we keep ourselves limited and shift into a more empowered and authentic state of sovereignty, empowerment and authenticity.

Together we re-write your records, stories and experiences of programmed smallness and invisibility and welcome more of your truest essence.

Each session of Transforming Collective Belief is unique and depends on the collective and personal energies of the participants present.

· Feel free to bring drinks or snacks to share.

· Bring a journal & writing utensil for personal reflection!

· Bring your favourite crystal for added energy facilitation and whatever else you need to feel comfortable!
