All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

• Correct pricing errors if they occur

Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed.

Please note:

Lost or stolen packages:

• Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier

Refund & Return Policy

We honor both practical and energetic integrity in our exchange. Due to the nature of our offerings, the following policies apply:

1. Physical Products

Eligible for Return:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective

• Incorrect items sent

To request a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide photo proof of the issue

• Item must be unused and in original condition

Not Eligible for Return:

• Used or altered items

• Crystal and stone variations (natural differences in shape, color, and inclusions are expected and part of their uniqueness)

• Intuitively selected items (chosen specifically for you energetically)

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
   

2. Spiritual & Custom Items

Due to their personalized and energetic nature, the following are final sale:

• Spell kits

• Custom ritual tools

• Intuitively selected crystals

• Anointed or activated items

These items are created or chosen specifically for your energy and cannot be returned or resold.

All services (including readings, Reiki, workshops, and classes) are non-refundable unless 24-48hrs notice is given.

Rescheduling:

• Must be requested at least 24–48 hours in advance

• Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable

Digital or virtual events:

• Non-refundable once purchased
