The Trinity Framework; Body, Mind & Heart w/Erin Gutri - Part 1: Body

 There are many conflicting beliefs around what aspect of you is truly in charge. Listen to that gut feeling, use logic, or follow your heart? Which one is truly meant to lead? What if the reason why this question is never definitively answered, is because all three are actually meant to work together. What if the body, mind and heart require equality for integration.

In each workshop we will explore how through this framework we can experience wholeness. We will take a closer look at each lens, and how to access and decipher information. We will talk about how to identify fragmentation and learn exercises that can be used as tools to help improve this. I will guide you to step further into each lens to discover more subtle realms.

In each workshop you will receive hand outs to reference for later practice and a visual concept of this framework. There is also a special meditation journey to allow us to connect with the aspect we are driving into.

I encourage each individual to claim their sovereignty and to trust what is unfolding in their unique journey.

Workshop 1: Body

We will learn how to ask the body questions and practice doing a body scan. These tools encourage you to anchor your life, by being in your body. I will guide you through a meditation to connect you with your cauldron. This is a beautiful visualization that opens the door to accessing your creative centre, with endless applications of personal alchemy.
