In this hands-on workshop we’ll feeling into the ways plants align with different energies. We’ll look at the realms of land, sea and sky in a body centered way and explore ways you might use this to help choose the right herbs for a particular task. We’ll also include some practical tips for working with plants as tools for space clearing, teas, and baths.
