Let’s Get Moving Lightworkers! Spirit in Motion was created to honour Body, Mind and Spirit! This group will be meeting at the store and then getting outside in nature for impromptu ceremony, meditation, spiritual and philosophical discussion and more!

We will be walking around the neighbourhoods surrounding Otherworld Treasures (Vanier, Beechwood, Manor Park, Rockcliffe etc). We will be exploring building a relationship with the Spirits of Place, Spirits of the 3 Realms (Land, Sea & Sky), Learning about energetic permissions, Meditation, Journey Work, Offerings and more. This workings of this group are very dependent on group energy and dynamic and thus shifts from month to month.

This group will be weather dependent until we are allowed to gather inside once more. Bring your water, sunscreen, bug spray etc!
