This ceremony will be centered around a guided meditation that seeks to uncover repressed parts of the shadow, specifically protectors that limit us from accessing vulnerability in the temple of our heart. Allowing ourselves access to the deepest corners of our heart is one of the bravest acts of radical self-love. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. This meditation will allow space to explore, nurture, and bring these shadow parts into consciousness on a path to self-actualization. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing.
