This shadow work session will involve self exploration and a guided meditation journey with the intention of unearthing and reclaiming power over our unique gifts, skills, and abilities that were placed into the shadows by external influences. We will touch on the ways in which those around us represent mirrors reflecting these gifts skills and abilities back to us. It's time to invite in our golden shadow on a path to self actualization and authenticity.
