Join Emily Agosta for a guided meditation that seeks to uncover repressed parts of the shadow, specifically those parts seeking validation, love, and acceptance, externally. Together we will begin cultivating adundant self nurturing. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. This meditation will allow space to explore, nurture, and bring these shadow parts into consciousness on a path to self-actualization. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing. Â Â
