The event will be centered around a guided meditation that seeks to uncover repressed parts of the shadow, working with our inner teen to offer nurturing, and also to explore their wisdom and untold truths. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. This meditation will allow space to explore, nurture, and bring these shadow parts into consciousness on a path to self-actualization. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing.
What to bring:
Writing materials to journal your thoughts and imagery, a beverage, favourite crystal, and any other creature comforts you like!
