Shadow Work Ceremony and Meditation: Cutting Cords and Reclaiming Self
This ceremony will be centered around a guided meditation that seeks to uncover repressed parts of the shadow, specifically parts that keep us from letting go of what no longer serves us. The intention of this month will be to cut those cords and reclaim our energy. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. This meditation will allow space to explore, nurture, and bring these shadow parts into consciousness on a path to self-actualization. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing.Â
