About the event
Shadow Work Ceremony and Meditation: exploring projection and defense mechanisms
The event will be centered around a guided meditation that seeks to uncover repressed parts of the shadow. We will explore our projections and defense mechanisms, their roots, and offer those parts a space to be seen and healed.
Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. This meditation will allow space to explore, nurture, and bring these shadow parts into consciousness on a path to self-actualization. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing.
