Shadow Work Meditation: Exploring the Golden Shadow

The Golden Shadow is the magical and lumunious parts of ourselves that we have disowned or become disconnected from due to fears or conditioning. We will explore the ways in which our Golden Shadow still lives inside of us and to begin to unearth the undercurrents that keep us from fully stepping into these parts of ourselves. The event will centre around a discussion and meditation that allows space to explore, nurture, and bring shadow parts into consciousness on a path of healing. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness.
