Shadow Work Meditation: Renewal of Peace
This theme is dedicated to creating an inner landscape of softness for regrowth after a long wintering of inner work. With exploration intended to spiral deeper into healing by regulating the mind, body and spirit into energetic alignment with peace. The event will centre around a discussion and meditation that allows space to explore, nurture, and bring shadow parts into consciousness on a path of healing. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing.
What to bring: Writing materials to journal your thoughts and imagery. A beverage, favourite crystal, and any other creature comforts you like.
