Shadow Work Ceremony and Meditation: Untangling Ancestral Trauma

The event will be centered around a guided meditation that seeks to uncover repressed parts of the shadow, as well the interwined relationship our shadows have rooted within our family tree. Space will be held to offer exploration of both the darkness and the wisdom within those roots, with an invitation to not only heal, but to become the medicine at a cellular level. Shadow work is about awakening our repressed parts into awareness, exploring how they manifest and the ways in which they limit our wholeness. This meditation will allow space to explore, nurture, and bring these shadow parts into consciousness on a path to self-actualization. Imagery from nature, mythology and music will be used to deepen the experience and alchemize healing.
