Reflect, Release, Renew with Shannon Beauchamp

A guided healing experience that will dig deep within connect with an aspect of your Inner-Child that needs healing.

In this experience, we will journey to our inner sacred garden and connect with an aspect of our Inner-Child, we will offer a space to reflect, release the pain this aspect of Inner-child carries and renew our connection with them. This can be a very profound healing experience for cultivating self-trust and emotional resilience in our waking life.

There will be pre-event Journal work (to be sent upon registration), guided healing experience and anchoring of supportive energies. We will use energies such as Theta healing, reiki, Integrated Energy therapy and channeled energies.

Guided healing experience will be received while laying down on the floor - we are inviting participants to bring a yoga mat, pillows and a blanket - whatever you need to be comfortable.
