Metaphysical Menopause is back! This is the same workshop offered previously, giving anyone who missed it another chance to join us. We'll talk about what's really happening during perimenopause and menopause: from sleep, changing cycles and pelvic health to the nervous system, identity and the transition into the Crone years. It's an afternoon of science, a little metaphysical perspective, plenty of conversation and, because it's menopause, probably a fair amount of laughing at the ridiculousness of it all.
