Studies have shown that feeling thankful can improve sleep, mood and immunity. Gratitude can decrease depression, anxiety, difficulties with chronic pain and risk of disease. When we open our hearts for gratitude, not only are we rewiring our brain, but we are also making room for abundance.   Feelings of gratitude can regulate cortisol production in your brain and reduce anxiety and stress. Similar to giving, gratitude triggers the brain to release neurotransmitters and hormones associated with happiness, including dopamine and serotonin. Low levels of these hormones can cause depression.

In this event, Tanya will be introducing you to how to start a gratitude challenge.  We will Start with an introduction of gratitude,  and Tanya will walk you through a guided meditation and you will be given journal prompts to help you begin the gratitude process.
