Dreams offer profound insight into the inner workings of both our psyche and our soul. They allow us to process the human experience, merging the unconcious with the conscious in the magical liminal space that are our dreams. This dream sharing circles will involve diving into a lengthy liminal meditation to evoke a dream like state. In this dream like state, each individual will explore and share a significant image from thier dream of choice.
With Emily's guidance, the meditation will offer reflection rooted in depth psychology practices from her studies in Gestalt and Jungian dream work, inviting in deeper understanding of meaning. As a dream sharing circle, the group will be invited to experience collectively with one another and share in their own intuitive wisdom.
What to bring: Writing materials to journal your thoughts and imagery. A beverage, favourite crystal, and any other creature comforts you like.
