Dream Sharing Circle

Dreams offer profound insight into the inner workings of both our psyche and our soul. They allow us to process the human experience, merging the unconcious with the conscious in the magical liminal space that are our dreams.    Dream sharing circles are an ancient tradition across many cultures. Dreams being a common thread of human experience, allow us to not only connect deeper with ourselves, but with community when shared with reverence. This circle intends to hold sacred space for ongoing community dream sharing. 

Each participant will be given the opportunity both share a dream or specific symbolism to be discussed collaboratively with the group. As the facilitator Emily will also offer analysis and reflection rooted in depth psychology practices from her training and Gestalt and Jungian dream work. 

What to bring: Writing materials to journal your thoughts and imagery.  A beverage, favourite crystal, and any other creature comforts you like!
