Join Emily Agosta & Tristan Brine as we dive deep in to the Witch’s Wound and seek to reconcile with our innate wisdom and power through Sound Ceremony, Meditation & Energy Work.

We will be gathering for the day starting with introductions and intentions. We will then be taking a pause for conscious community and a potluck. You are invited to bring a dish for yourself or to share with the group!

After our feast, we will be diving in to intense ceremony to explore the shadow around our personal witch’s wounds and then in to a sound bathing ceremony to heal not only the personal but collective.

We look forward to celebrating Samhain with you!

What to bring:

• Reusable Waterbottle
• Your Favourite Quartz Piece (Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Citrine, Smoky Quartz) to be programmed with the Energies of the day.
• Journal & Writing Utensil
• Yoga Mat
• Blanket & Cushion (whatever you need to be comfortable)
• A snack/dish for yourself or to share.

You are invited to dress comfortably or in ceremonial garb - whatever inspires you as you connect with the Samhain portal and your ancestors. 🧙‍♀️
